2016 2nd HOSFAIR Cocktail Master Cup was successfully held on Sept. 8 to 10 in Hall 4.1, area A of China Import & Export Fair Complex. The competition was organized by Guangdong Xinji Huazhan Exhibition Co.,Ltd. and co-organized by HongKong Bartenders Association.

In order to competed equally and public, we had invited 6 referee with International level and reputation ----- Neil Wong of HongKong Bartenders Association, Billy Lau of FABBRI, Foxyie Wong of BACARDI, Wing Fan of Bar Iceton, Avi Zhan of 2014 CMBC champion, and Jo Luo of Guangdong Bartending&Wine Tasting Association.

The competition welcomed 38 competitors from all over China, after preliminary competition, 10 winners were chosen to final competition on Sept. 9. Under the fierce atmosphere, all competitors showed high bartending level with professional knowledge, the creative works gained high praises from audience and referee. Best wishes to the top 3 winners and the Best Performance Prize winner.

HOSFAIR Cocktail Master Cup is 2 years old now, the competition gains attention from bartenders and spirit companies in the industry, it has attracted a mount of bartenders.
